JD Geerings were appointed to supply, install and test/commission mechanical services to 147no dwellings, which included central energy centre/plantroom & boosted cold water.
The services installation included plumbing, heating, drainage and ventilation throughout.
Dwellings were served by a centralised energy centre/plantroom, which incorporated boilers and CHP.
As part of the works, JD Geerings completed a number of specialist elements of work such as water treatment, fire protection and BMS/controls. The services installed also incorporated a specialist remote energy monitoring system.
