JD Geerings completed the supply, installation and testing/commissioning of mechanical services to 99no dwellings, across 1no block of care units, including a communal/shared areas.
The services installation included plumbing, heating, drainage and ventilation throughout.
Dwellings were served by a centralised energy centre/plantroom, which incorporated boilers and CHP.
As part of the works, JD Geerings completed a number of specialist elements of work such as water treatment, fire protection and BMS/controls.
