JD Geerings were appointed to supply, install and test/commission mechanical services to 263no high-end dwellings, a combination of flats and houses.
The services installation included plumbing, heating, drainage and ventilation throughout.
Dwellings were served by a centralised energy centre/plantroom, which incorporated boilers and CHP. A separate plantroom housed multiple chillers, generating and delivery cooling to the dwellings.
As part of the works, JD Geerings completed a number of specialist elements of work such as water treatment, fire protection (wet/dry risers & sprinklers) and BMS/controls.
